Message from the PSC Co-Presidents, Sandy Marvin & Lisa Camilla Hale
Welcome to the 2018 Pastel Society of Colorado (PSC) Mile High National Pastel Exhibition. We are privileged to showcase paintings by many of the  nest pastel artists in the United States.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes out for the consummate e orts of co-chairs Xenia Sease and Nancy Dee, who have been working tirelessly for many months overseeing all aspects of this event’s planning, not to mention the many volunteers who sel essly gave of their time toward the success of this prestigious show.
 e show’s accomplished juror and judge, Marla Bagetta, had quite the task of paring down her selections from well over 300 worthy entries, and for that we express our gratitude!
We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the sta  at Parker Arts, Culture and Events Center (PACE) for providing their wonderful space and support throughout the exhibition.  e community of Parker has become a true partner in support of the arts, including the pastel medium.
2018 marks the 24th year for the PSC with more than 300 members worldwide supporting our mission to enlighten and educate the public regarding painting in pastel. As a member of the PSC you are an insider to the many bene ts provided throughout the year to both members and friends including workshops for artists of all capabilities, painting demonstrations, plein air painting events, and art shows. Your membership in our organization is, of course, very much welcomed!
